Hey everyone check out my new property at the sizzling hot Sierra Towers, the unit is super sleek modern on the 20th floor overlooking the Sunset Strip, you never know who you're going to run into at the elevators... On another note, I went to mr. Chow's the other night and hung out at my favorite booth checking out the scene. I had the most incredible Glazed Prawns with Walnuts... Malibu summer rental needs are all a buzz, where a summer rental could range from $50,000 to $100,000 a month. My clients love the upscale cottage feel and the relaxing atmosphere only a summer at the beach brings in this super deluxe town. It's a wonderful day in my neighborhood.
