I got this incredible new listing in WeHo at 1050 N. Gardner, Unit 10. The building is a Lorcan O'Herlihy masterpiece built in '05, winning the American Architecture award in '06. It has a contemporary vibe that the designer is famous for. It's modern urban chic situated near The Grove and the super trendy and diverse shops of Melrose... Talking about Melrose, after showing I usually zip over to M Cafe De Chaya to have my usual - Kale with Spicy Peanut Sauce. I top it off with the craze of the moment - a Pinkberry with assorted fruit. My girlfriend and I are always on the hunt for the best and newest fro yo out there. The newest joint we found is a place called Cantaloop in Hollywood. And the search goes on... Lastly, I just got an update on my adopted bottlenose dolphin Gobbo, who was last seen in the Santa Monica Bay hanging out with his buddies. Anyone can adopt a dolphin through the Ocean Conservation Society's L.A. Dolphin Project. It's a great cause!
