The Beverly Hills home that late luxury real estate broker Jeff Hyland shared with his wife, Lori Hyland, for more than two decades is on the market for $23.5 million.

Known as Casa Alta Tierra, the five-bedroom estate sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in Trousdale Estates, occupying a private promontory with panoramic views across Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.

Lori is selling the approximately 8,602-square-foot residence with Felix Pena and Chad Rogers of Hilton & Hyland, the brokerage her husband co-founded.

“This home has so much character, class, and soul,” Rogers says. “When Lori Hyland remodeled it, she preserved the architectural integrity that defines the finest homes in Trousdale while making it feel personal and timeless.”

“Set at the end of a cul-de-sac on its own promontory, this home offers total privacy and endless views across the city, the Pacific Ocean, and Catalina Island,” Rogers says. “To me, it's the finest city and ocean view property in all of Trousdale.”

The residence also reflects Lori’s artistic interests, with interiors that display both her own paintings and pieces from her collection.

Rogers highlighted that connection as a distinctive element of the home, pointing to its role as a setting for the seller’s work and collection.

“Lori Hyland is a renowned artist with a magnificent art collection, and this home beautifully showcases both her collection and her own works of art,” he says. “That artistic sensibility is reflected throughout the property, making it an exceptional setting for an art collector.”
